Online Start offers unique and attractive email templates for your business. The templates are designed to match your brand and integrate with an existing website or landing page. The emails can be sent using the html template or plain text and are optimised to work with all major email software programs.

Simple Email Creation and Sending facility

Using the Create Send Management System, the simple editor allows you to create html emails including text and pictures from the customised templates created for your brand. You can select from a series of lists to include in the mailout and schedule it to occur instantly or a time in the future.

Email List Management

Our Campaign Management system takes care of managing you lists including automatically removing addresses that unsubscribe or bounce. Lists can be segmented or include custom fields so that you can address your email recipients by name or category. Unlike other Email Marketing systems, there is no database or list management fee. We also provide the code to put on your website for visitors to enter their email address and sign up for your e-newsletter. These addresses are added automatically to your lists.

Tracking and Reporting

Online Start's CreateSend application has a comprehensive reporting system that allows you to see open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribes. For each recipient you can view reports on:

Whether the recipient opened your email
What link they clicked on
Where they went on your site
What they want to more information about

With this critical information you can test the success of various subject lines and email offers and work to increase customer interest and response.  

Landing Page with Enquiry Form

This final part of the Email Marketing package completes the cycle. We prepare a webpage with more details than can be fitted in an email for interested recipients to click through and view. In most cases a landing page is created for each offer or product. On every landing page an enquiry form is included so that the recipient can enter their details and respond back to you, registering their interest or requesting to purchase. Using a landing page generates on average a 15% enquiry rate, compared to 3% when directing customers to your website homepage or product page.
